Multiple Products in One Order

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, KM Creative Store cannot guarantee recovery of packages that are subsequently lost or stolen. However, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine whether assistance is available.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
